Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We accept and ship orders placed in the US. Orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped within two business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday excluding holidays. We ship via UPS. Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the selected shipment method and zip code. These are calculated rates from our shipping provider and cannot be adjusted. We will provide a tracking number when your package is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please reach out to info@shopatpivot.com

DELIVERY

When an order is received, we carefully examine each item to ensure it is in new condition before sending out for an order. We also carefully package the merchandise to ensure it will arrive undamaged. Once your order is shipped, Pivot is no longer responsible for any missing, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you find that your package is missing, lost, stolen or damaged, we strongly encourage you reach out directly to the shipping carrier and file a claim using your provided tracking number. Once a package leaves our building, we are unable to accept any claims made against the package.

IN-STORE PURCHASES AND RETURNS

We will gladly accept in-store returns on regular-priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase. We are only able to offer store credit for in-store returns of in-store purchases at this time. All sale merchandise, special orders, beauty, home, and accessories (handbags, jewelry, hats, scarves, and hosiery) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for Returns.

ONLINE RETURNS

Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick-and-mortar store and subject to availability. We do our best to fulfill all online orders. If an item is out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as possible. We are happy to accept online returns on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 7 days of your receipt of the items you purchased. All sale merchandise, special orders, beauty, home, and accessories (handbags, jewelry, hats, scarves, and hosiery) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

If you would like to return an online purchase, please email us at info@shopatpivot.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive the items. Please allow 7-10 business days from our receipt of the items you returned for funds to appear in your account.
